How long does a car battery typically last?

In our Western Australian climate, most batteries last between 3 to 5 years. Heat is actually a bigger killer of batteries than cold!

Many modern vehicles (especially European makes) require the new battery to be programmed into the car’s computer. We have the equipment to handle this correctly.
